honey, bruise me
May 24, 2016
eyes open,
shoulders heaving,
heart racing,
stuttering breath.
slam the door,
pass it over.
smoke for air,
drown in the nearest drink.
fingers down your spine,
lips ghosting,
shove against the wall,
don’t make a noise.
purple imprints,
yellow fingerprints,
red over delicate ivory.
close the door quietly,
slip into bed,
cease to exist.
