Tiny fragments of the universe surrounding
they break, and swirl, and dance
they mix and twirl until each is unique

And each blend of colors races off-
to find the body they were meant for

They tumble and turn,
this way and that,
trying to find their home

None is small enough
and must say goodbye to their favorite half
so that each may find a home

And some day,
if fate may have its way
the two halves will find themselves,
Home.
