The Hockey Rink
What's underneath that cold frosty field?
Or the boards that divide the players from
the outside world, like a cage.
And look–colored lines run across the ice like
borders, dividing regions as if they were
states.
A little interesting.
Doesn’t the rink smell like dedication....
And the silence, when the players disappear,
like an arena.
Inspirational.
The heavily thrashed ice shows the path of the
of players stride, you can find yourself lost as you
follow the carved paths.
I think I better go gear up.
