See You Again
I close my eyes tight.
Wishing I could see you one more time
To feel your warmth, your arms wrapped around me tight.
To hear you sing to me one last time under the stars.
I know that this will never happen…
until the day I join you in heaven
I open my eyes, but wait…
I’m not in my room anymore,
I’m floating on a white fluffy cloud…
Could it be? Am I in heaven …
I can’t be, but wait…
I see my dad smiling at me, arms wide open.
With a light coming down on him…
Just like he’s my guardian angel.
As he holds me in his arms one more time.
I slowly float back down… until next time
Daddy
