Societal Chains
For art thou free?
These chains that bind thy
Are too strong to break
For society rules supreme
For thou rules are to shaame thy
I am short
Too short for thy?
Am I to shinny for society?
I wish to be perfect
Perfect hair
Perfect skin
Perfect teeth
But I am not like thy
I am unique
For these chains still bind me
To society
These harsh words you spit at me
Damages the soul
For I can never escape
Society

I was inspired to write because I've had my own personal struggles with society and bullying. I wanted to convey this through writing.
