Screams
These walls taalk to me
These voices, a scrambled mess in my head
I try to drown the thoughts out
But they always win
I see shadows and monsters
They creep and they crawl.
Coming to take me.
This house echos and groans.
I hide under the covers
I feel it drawing nearer
And fear takes over
I can't escape the screams.
For they are too loud.
I can never be safe
I can never be sound.
