Mirror
An elaborate thing in my hand,
A royal servant of mine
Pretty patterns on the cover
The feeling of ice on my hand
Showing my changing moods
Calm as water
Peaceful as trees
Reflecting the struggling girl
Who I really am
Staring into the crystal cover
Eyes wide open
The ordinary girl inside
Stares back at me
Sometimes it’s just like a silver wall
And I am the imprisoned thing
But then it changed
Warm and shiny
A beauty with confidence
Looks out of it
Rosy lips and red cheeks
Oh how mysterious
The magic mirror of the queen
