Because of Him
Trying to make sense of this
Its like I'm in a nightmare, imagining its a heavenly bliss
There's a gaping hole
Right in the weak soul
It can't be filled
It's frozen over, and far more than chilled
I'm not even sure why I'm like this
Probably just because of that one kiss
That stole my heart away
Without even my final say
Now its bent and broken
By the words he left unspoken

I wrote this as an expression of relatable feelings that are definitely felt when someone's heart is "stole away," only to be broken afterward.
