Neverland
You be my Peter
And I'll be your Wendy
We'll fly off to Neverland
And pretend everything will be okay
But don't come and tell me
That Captain Hook is discouraging you
And that you feel sad
That the Lost Boys are lost
And that you want to give up
If it means staying alive
I want you to grow up
Tall like the pirate ship masts
That reach out to the sky
As if trying to touch it
Because the melody of your pan flute
Is faltering and fading
And your happiness is waning
And soon enough you won't be able fly
I want to be your Tinkerbell
To sprinkle you with pixie dust
When you need help flying
But since I can't do that just remember
That you taught me how to fly and that
To live would be an awfully big adventure
So come back with me
And grow up with me
And stay alive with me
