At The Center
At the center of boredom, I wait for an idea.
Looking underneath peace, I can hear it.
Turning hope on high, I see the future.
So I tossed sadness to the wind.
And got life.
Under the sun we all sit together,
The rain shivering in fear.
And the screaming just stopped.
The swirl of loneliness was over.
Resting on top of tomorrow,
today looks into the sun with ambition.
With the shape of the past,
Left only to our bodies.
