I'll Still Love You the Same
I'm broken and twisted
In my own special way
Please don't wish me away
On some random plane
I won't stay away
I'll still love you the same
I'm going insane
I can't see the right way
Don't push me away
I'll come back and I'll stay
In our bed I will lay
I'll still love you the same
Alone here I'll stand
In the cold and the rain
I'll wait here and pray
For you to come out and play
Even if you say no way
I'll still love you the same
My options I'll weigh
Should I leave or should I stay
In fact I might delay
But my feelings won't decay
It might be cliche but
I'll still love you the same
Don't leave me this way
I know you're ashamed
Of what I've done
Of what I say
But please, if you stay
I'll still love you the same

To me, this poem relates to most relationships. It's being brutally honest in saying "Yes, this is hard. Love is hard. I haven't been the best person, I've done things I regret, but that doesn't mean I love you any less."
