Shoes that pound repeatedly on pavement,
determined.
Shoes that hike up a Mountain with peace,
adventurous.
Shoes that, on my tiptoes, reach up to your lips,
loving.
Shoes that I throw in every bag for every occasion,
versatile.
Shoes that I let my friends borrow when they forget theirs,
friendly.
Shoes that are always there, on my feet, walking me through every step of life,
trustworthy.
