The World
The world is dead
It’s going to be okay they said
But nothing was okay
The world is collapsing
The Great Oceans
No Longer Great, but polluted
The world is a mess
The blue skies
Now filthy and stained
The world is crumbling
The government's corrupted
There is no justice in life
The world is fading in darkness
The remains of cities, that once stood tall rivaling the sky
Gone as a breeze passes through the empty streets
The world is waning
The endless potential of science
Disappeared at the blink of your eye
The world is withering away
The tears of the survivors falling down a bottomless hole
They question their actions
The world is perishing
There is nothing left to cherish
And all that was once there is now gone.
