The Demon Within

Do you have that demon in you
Trying to tell you what to do
Do you accept its demands
Or do you fight it for control
Will you let it burn in your soul
And cause so much sorrow
Do you hear it scratching
Pleading to get out
But you throw it in a cage deep within
But what happens when the cage breaks
And the demon gets out releasing it’s anger and horrors
Do you let it out or keep it within
Do you fear the demon within
