Friday The Thirteenth
It is on this special day in the tenth month of the year,
That every American Heritage Student is unknowingly filled with fear.
The scariest thing out there today should be Jason, right?
Unfortunately that isn’t the largest fright.
You have test after quiz to deal with today,
And all that you can do is sit still and pray.
You also forgot last night’s homework that was due at midnight,
You thought you had it all done but, not quite.
But then you remember that something worse is happening here,
And you realize that the math lesson wasn’t clear.
So you sit at your desk, scribbling away,
Hoping that you’ll survive until next may.
You think it’s all over when the bell goes bring bring!
But little do you realize this is just the start of things.
You have the PSAT tomorrow, and you want to do well,
But the only way that will happen is if you cast a magic spell.
So you stress over that thinking what will I do,
When you realize that you can’t do anything, and that you are through.
However, none of this would have happened if not for this day,
That happens once every often and makes everyone say,
“I hope Jason doesn’t get me today on the thirteenth,”
