Halloween

The day we get to dress up
And put on a mask
Pretending to be something we’re not
Just for a couple of hours
Some don’t like to celebrate.

But what’s to make it different
From any other day?
We live in a world
Where no one is really who they want to be
Most of us are hiding behind a persona.
