Religion is a Prison
Stripping me of individuality
Made of the damned and the sinners
Begging for safe passage to death
It’s wine and moldy bread dinners
A currency of sins and cigarettes
Cuff my hands together and bring me to my knees
Keep the women in solitary confinement,
Their wombs are your disease
Waterboard me in holy oils
Cut my hair and kill my hope
Wait until the longing spoils
And rape me just to cope
