Inked into my Mind Forever
Four years we spent together in high school.
Homecoming and prom, every October and April.
Friday night football games.
Tuesday night basketball games.
Cheering you on at state.
These memories permanently inked into my brain.
These moment don’t fade, but high school does.
Graduation in June.
Going separate ways in August.
College is a new beginning to another four years.
