waves
Naive children frolicking in the seafoam; oblivious to their vulnerability and exposure in the big blue sea
Popular teens losing their sense of direction, minds clouded by intoxication, but through it all they wobble around unsteady persisting they are fine
Mothers and fathers just a few yards away careful observing their childrens every moves, aware of the deep dark dangers the waves hold, all while silently praying their precious angels never grow to be as wild as those teens
Through all the chaos only one thing remains steady, the pulsing rhythm of the waves
Methodically sweeping a salty essence over the beach, bringing along with it peace and a certain compulsion to let yourself go
The feeling that brings freedom and life to the elderly found quietly basking up the sun, who once roamed the beach light as a sprite, aged from time yet youthful in spirit
