Senioritis

White tardy slips,
I pick up before the classes I skip.
My white truck parked in the parking lot,
Where I took naps on naps although I knew I should not.
White quizzes and papers, essays with due dates,
If it went in Skyward I probably turned it in late.
I need my white diploma and I’m done with this,
Decatur High School will not be missed.

This poem that I took 10 minutes to write is basically a summary of how my senior year went.
