This piece contrasts our technological advancements and discoveries as a single human race to the expansion of space and time. We will never be able to catch up to the rate of expansion, yet it seems we are moving so fast and with tremendous progress. Our progress, however, is quite minuscule in comparison to outer space. The irony here is that no matter how hard we try, we will never learn everything. There will always be more to learn. That is how geniuses of every era saw the world as they uncovered mind-blowingly complex ideas and equations. We are very tiny in this world. There are so many wonders to explore. Yet, there is a beauty to the idea that we will never stop learning. That is what makes us evolve as a single human race.
