A Series of Haikus

First, five syllables –
but the next line has seven –
and then back to five.
ii.
It’s really easy
to write a haiku, I swear,
but you’ve seen nothing.
iii.
Your haiku, of course,
can be something personal,
but it needn’t be.
iv.
Just please make it good.
There’s nothing I hate more than
terrible haikus.
