Haikus for the Soul
Love is abstract art
Sharing, giving and taking
Inspirational
Wasting syllables
I need one more syllable
Running out of
Crayons are awesome
Distant memories of past
My fav-or-ite things
Writing expresses
Inner thoughts and/or feelings
Sharing with the world
To write a haiku
One must be able to count
But words are tricky
Nothing can be worse
Than a blank page wanting words
I must fill the page
Wanting to be friends
But also wanting more
What to do? Who knows
With school and homework
I'm studying all day long
When will torture end
Best friends forever
I'll be there for you always
From now 'til the end
