You're Mine
"I'm sorry." Nothing,
No meaning, just overused,
Yet, "I forgive you."
Even though it hurts,
And this pain is killing me,
I still forgive you.
I just can't stay mad,
After everything we had,
Happy memories.
Nostalgia kicks in,
Missing you is like a drug,
Wishing for the past.
Pain or happiness,
No matter what happens now,
I just can't hate you.
Your my other half,
Through the hurt and the loneliness,
I will still love you.
Never forget that,
No matter what happens next,
You will always be,
That simple word... "Mine."
