A place to call home
A young fella
Who ever he knew they were gone
Started some where new
Just him and his mom
Was never in one spot
For too long
He moved around
The whole United States
But as united as we stand
He can’t seem to find a place
To call his own
Where ever he was at
Dam sure wasn’t a home
So he sat in his room alone
All in the dark
Crying his nights away
Getting it out of his heart
Trying to name all of his struggles
But he doesn’t know where to
