Love vs. Hate
December 18, 2015
The birds sing overhead,
I am surrounded by peace,
yet war rages on.
Nature speaks of love,
yet man only knows greed,
taking what they want.
Innocent children,
taught to hate one another,
knowing no beauty.
Yet there is still hope,
some choose love instead of hate,
and peace over war.
