There once was a writer named Will,
How loved to write up on the hill.
He had a chance,
To take up the lance,
But was to stubborn as to fulfill.

This poem was inspired by William Shakespere's life. He decided to not become a glove maker, hence the 3rd and 4th lines, and instead became a famous writer.
