Don't Be Rude
Don’t be rude
They say don’t be rude
They beat and hate us,
don’t be rude
They appropriate us
Don’t be rude
They’re trying to be us
Don’t be rude
Yet refuse to see us
Don’t be rude
And seems like every so often there's a breakthrough round town then another white cop puts a kid in the ground
And we fight and we scream, scream for our children
Shred vocal cords for a world they can live in and we are being too rude
Don’t be rude
We hurt his feelings
Don’t be rude
We made her uncomfortable
Don’t be rude
So we are back to playing defensive position
While white are there making brown prohibition
Don’t be rude
Don’t speak your tongues
Don’t be rude
Don’t be on the attack
Don’t be rude
Wear your hair our way
Don’t be rude
Don’t call the pot black
Cuz they were here first
No they weren’t
They’re superior
No the aren’t
They’re smarter
Give me a break
They work harder
Don’t make a mistake
Just cuz we’re fighting for peace
Dont mean we still good
Your on something ice
Cuz we still trapped in the hood
