LSD and the hate for God
It comes and cannot be erased
A rain you cannot sing away
I fear it though I know it comes
How will I know I lived enough?
It leaves when it has claimed a life
but it still lingers when it's gone
it truly never leaves your mind
you don't know when its due to come
unforeseen though you can try
to see it flash before your eyes
you can pray and you can praise
but God won't save you from the grave

This is a piece I wrote when listening to 'Fear' by Current Joys. The tempo is similar, but the meaning comes from a very low point in my life.
