Denial
I look at your picture,
Remind myself,
That we weren’t meant,
To be anything else.

Or just hanging out,
I can’t help but say that there’s no doubt,
That I…I’m in denial.
I can’t even tell you,
How many times,
I’ve seen myself with so many,
Symptoms and signs,
Of denial.
‘Cause baby, when I’m writing a song,
Or just hanging out,
You’d say it too, that there’s no doubt,
That I…I’m in denial.
Denial...
