Just You And Me
When you walk into a room,
All I can think about,
Is how I love you.
When I see you look over at me,
I could swear that
My heart skips a beat.
And when your eyes bore into mine,
All I can think about is how divine,
Our future will be.
Just you and me.
Then one bright and sunny day,
You got on one knee to say,
Marry me. Please honey marry me.
And that simple three letter word,
Brought us both to tears of joy,
I truly love you boy.
Our true love was all so sweet,
But we just found we couldn't keep,
Up with the time. Not so sublime.
We could've had a happy ending,
That was all I wanted it to be.
Just you and me.
