Drifting Away
Keep quiet, act composed, and you might just drift away
Drift into the city streets, the baby blue skies, the hard rock beat
Where no one knows you, nothing matters anymore
It's called the bliss of drifting away, of being unseen
Slipping slowly down deeper, deeper, deeper 'til you're underground
With the soft soil that stifles and suffocates and nurtures your soul
Let yourself go, and simply drift away
