Hazel Eyes
I love it when your eyes are brown
The way with warmth they glow
The way I can tell how you're vulnerable to goodbyes
When we've just barely said hello
I love it when your eyes are blue
You're happy, I can tell
I just hope you somehow understand
How happy you make me as well
I love it when your eyes are grey
In deep thought, you are lost
But don't worry, I'll find you dear
No matter what the cost
I hate it when your eyes are green
As they fill with tears
This parting is so sorrowful
And one of our worst fears
The way your eyes change color
Is like nothing I've ever seen
But at the end of the day, I love those eyes
Be they brown, blue, grey, or green
