Somethin About Love
When you have love it can be so fun.
But when it is gone it can burn like a thousand suns.
It hurts, it stings, and you want to cry.
You wonder why you bother with love, why?
You think, was it me or was it them?
Your heart can’t take it; it’s like a fragile gem.
There is a hole in your heart, an empty void.
You think there is no fix, that your heart is destroyed.
Then you see that person who makes your heart race.
You want to talk to them face to face.
Then your eyes meet for the very first time.
You start to talk and their voice sounds like beautiful chimes.
They think that you’re a perfect ten.
Then the cycle starts over again.
