Memories
I've been lying here for awhile,
though truly I've found nothing.
Just living my life in denial,
but the truth has been here,
Right before my eyes.
Your lies.
Don't tell me different,
All is forgiven.
Don't tell me
what's right from wrong.
You wouldn't know the difference.
Through these eyes,
I can see all the misery,
All of this misery you hold inside.
Tears of blood run down my face,
I know I'm a disgrace.
Tomorrow will be by far,
the coldest day.
My memories will fade away.
