Mirror
When I look into the mirror
What I see digusts me
I see all the lies
all the bad memories
but most of all
I see the regrets
I once said I never had
Another time another lie
I can't get this out of my system
I just want to be different person
All the mistakes I've made-
nightmares that can't be replaced
I can't undo the past
I can only hope for a better future
so when people ask who and what I want to be
I can say "I don't want to change a thing"
There's got to be something more for me out there
something beyond this feeling-
of misery and dispair
When I look into the mirror
What I see digusts me
I see all the lies
all the bad memories
but most of all
I see the regrets
I once said I never had
I fall to my knees
tears in my eyes and hands on my face
Can't seem to get this thing right
Why isn't life fair
