Was She Worth It?
Acid rain,
couldn't wash away this pain,
I've been blinded,
I've been blinded.
When you walked out the door,
I still crying your name,
knees on the floor,
head hung in shame...
I miss you,
it's like my heart can't beat,
and there's nothing I can do,
but chase you down the street.
And I know you hurt me,
but it feels all the same,
I never thought this would be,
a heart break game.
I stare at the window,
waiting for you again,
even thought I know,
you don't feel my pain.
Was she worth it?
Worth our collected years,
didn't we fit?
Or did you get tired of my tears?
Cause I would change my ways,
become someone new,
would change my days,
if I could only have you.
Was she worth it?
Was she worth it?
