Pressure
I can feel the pressure now
It's getting hard to breathe.
There's so many voices.
Telling me what to think.
Can you feel the pressure?
Building underneath.
All these sleepless nights.
I need some room to breathe.
So lost and I don’t even know.
Where to stop along the road.
I’ll lie here tonight feeling alone.
This place is a coffin.
And I’m decaying inside.
I’ll close my eyes one last time.
Wishing you were with me tonight.
Now it’s late outside.
And I’m tired of playing these games.
Darkness has fallen.
Silence has claimed the night.
Now here amidst this fading light.
We’ve kept alive something that should have died.
And though you’re always on my mind.
I think it’s time to let this die
