It was choppy
Like rough waters
Drowning me
Pulling me down
Unmasking the mask
And defacing the crown
T: a letter with a handle and a point
R: you telling me....
U: should’ve lie to me
T:hats what could’ve saved me
H:anging,hung,hanged, suffocating, choking, alphabet soup , with too many letters
“Aaaaarrrrreeee you lying?” I ask
A rope knotted with the professionalism of a boy scout sways in the back ground.
You know how youre supposed to answer.
