Til' Tomorrow
I cry as I let you go
I wish you could come home
I pray to the skies
You won't be alone
I miss your smile
And that laugh
Without you
My heart is only half
They say I'll see you again
But I'm doubtful
What if I don't make it
Without you
Do we all go to the same place
Or nowhere at all
I just want to hear you again
I want you to call
I live day after day
With all this pain and sorrow
But I guess I'll just have to wait
Til' tomorrow

This piece was inspired by my feelings due to the loss of my best friend, my aunt. I wrote the piece to express my emotions and to help me cope with the loss. I hope this poem can help at least one person. I want readers to know that they aren't alone and that coping is possible even if it doesn't seem like it is.
