I Am a Wolf
Running through your mind.
Running through your heart.
You think I’m the guy to find,
Hoping we will never part.
You control my head.
You control my emotion.
I think your the girl to put all worries to bed,
because you were my devotion.
Your perfect silhouette
from the headlights of my car.
Your like Juilet
because I can only see you from a far.
Later you say I’m selfish
and not ready for you.
I tell you you’re helpless
And none of that’s true.
Third fight in five days,
everyone knowing in our neighborhoods.
I’m still chasing you with a crase,
like a wolf in the woods.
One week later,
and the fighting lingers.
I said you were a traitor.
Waiting and biting my fingers.
When you finally replied,
It was just tears.
I couldn’t feel any pride
and returning was all my fears.
You ended it the first time,
and I gave you a second chance.
Let’s go back to when we were sublime,
and try a third dance.
