I’ve been in and out of Foster Care now

I’ve had so many parents I lost count

Some really care others do not know how

I’ve been swinging in the dark, now I’m out

I’ve loved I’ve lost I have nothing to lose

My pride has been gone with my dignity

My one fake dad left and put on his shoes

My real dad, I’ve heard nothing but scrutiny

My mom has moved on, does she really care?

My Grandma needs help but how can I help

Mom has slept with guys if their roof they share

I will help Grandma and nurse her to health
