incandescent
Thy eyes which shine so brightly as thy name -
They tempt my evil soul to take them in
I wishn't stain thy innocent 'n marv'lous flame
The one that burns, incandescent, within

As your gentle words sweep the evil me away.
The ashes of my filthy, feral self
Which you so lovingly cleaned up by choice
They scatter like the words upon my shelf
Compiled in paperback and in my voice
