Abstract Thoughts
Abstract art is hidden all around you
You are looking at it without a clue
A simplistic way to tell a story
Including art elements from nature
From an amusement park roller coaster
To a swing set next to backyard slide
It's always seen but rarely recognized
Its places you wouldn't think it would fit
You'll realize it when you observe and sit
Especially in paintings and sculptures
It has fascinating colors and shapes
Or as simple as a vine full of grapes
It's used in marketing to catch the eye
But also works to add to something dry
