And then the lights go out
And the darkness surround
And my heart comes unbound
The corners of the world come closing in
And the brightness of your smile start to dim
The sound of your voice, the words you say
Become only my brightest memory
I feel myself slipping away
And I feel my story start to unfold
Happy endings are only fair tale
Welcome to the world
There’s nothing here for me to go on with
There’s no one here for me to care
All I see is the world, And their cold dark stares
