Anger is a poison,
darkness of the soul,
a room without an exit,
floods without control.
Anger is a poison,
first appearing sweet,
take of a sip of this concoction,
bitter shall you weep.
Anger is a poison,
illusions fade away,
the one you hate is living life,
despondent are your days.
Anger is a poison,
now you see its ugly face,
the light it has drained out of you,
then left without a trace.
Anger is a poison,
don't drink the lethal mix,
fall not into its evil charm,
for nothing will it fix.
