Beauty of Summer
In summer I am at my happiest
The beach and breeze delight me every day
The sun high in the sky shines the brightest
And slowly sets low at dusk on the bay.
At dawn it rises up again each day
Surrounding Earth with happiness and warmth
The morning breeze blows bringing peace each way
Resulting in a calmness soon brought forth.
But some days Triton aggravates the sea
With messages of violence increased
And causes storms destructive as can be
That promise to destroy the beach and peace.
No time leaves the effect that summer does
With beauty both in calm and restlessness.
