Family
A family is forever
As do they say
A group of people so dear to you
In their own special way
Grandmas and grandpas
Uncles and aunts
Cousins and friends
All holding hands
Simply chatting and playing
All around the campfire
That is a moment
That everyone desires
To finally see their smile
On their memorable face
After traveling far and wide
From place to place
Dancing, singing and having fun
Just laughing and sharing
Till the day is done
Then sit back and hold tight
For the fireworks show
Starts at night
A man passes by
Now who could he be?
Capturing every moment
With his thing-a-ma-jiggy?
Pouring our hearts out
As nothing is left untold
All these dear memories
Our now ours to hold
This man…
Bill Colbary was his name
He took those moments
And turned them into picture frames
These precious memories
My dear friends
Are captured for all of us
Forever and always
