sonnet of wonder
Somewhere in England there lives a young girl
Her dreams created a place of there own
She fell into a hole, down she did swirl
Unlock the small door, entering unknown
The land Alice dreamt up so long ago
Creatures she meets ask her identity
Answering, “Alice! …, myself I DO know”
Skeptically they walk to the tea party
Alice introduces herself once more
As the bright Mad Hatter looses his cool
Frightful first, then courage grows in her core
Alice declares the Red Queen a fat fool
The Queens Jabberwocky Alice did slay
Thus saving Wonderland; Oh Frabjous Day!!!
