Where Did It All Go
Upon the darkness of the room
Me myself and I begin to worry
Air and dust a loom
As rats and my thoughts begin to scurry
What has been happening lately?
Is my world coming to an end?
I stand and tremble shakily
Without a sorrowful pity guilt to lend
Homework combined with pressure
It just makes you want to give up
Phony adds and long lectures,
Everything’s flipped like an upside down cup
Where did it go?
My so called reality
The unequal flow
Of peace and homosexuality
Walking around with my eyes closed,
Goosebumps slowly develop,
The good thoughts completely being hosed.
I whisper goodbye.
